What to expect, start to finish
Call and shut-off guidance
Call (226) 639-7972 and tell us what you see. We walk you through shutting the main water valve, staying out of water near outlets, and moving valuables up off the floor while we plan the job.
Inspection and moisture mapping
We photograph the damage, then check walls, floors and ceilings with a moisture meter and thermal camera. We work out where the water came from, how far it spread, and what needs to come out. The price is explained on site before we start.
Water extraction
Submersible pumps and truck-mounted or portable extractors pull out standing water and soaked carpet and underlay. Wet baseboard and insulation are removed, and drywall is cut out at 2 or 4 feet when moisture has climbed the wall.
Drying and monitoring until dry
Air movers and low-grain refrigerant dehumidifiers go in and run. We come back to take moisture readings and log them, adjusting equipment as needed, and we only pull it out once the materials reach a dry standard.
